Hi, I’m Thomas! As a Registered Psychotherapist, I’ve worked with youth, families, and adults in diverse clinical settings. Rooted in trauma-informed care, my approach integrates evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, and attachment-based frameworks. A passionate adovcate for trauma recovery, I have worked extensively with high-needs populations while fostering a culturally responsive and inclusive space shaped by my global travels. I am deeply committed to creating a safe and affirming environment for LGBTQ2_ clients, ensuring everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.

I approach therapy with a deep belief in each person’s capacity for growth and resilience, guided by a humanistic, client-centered philosophy. I view my role as a collaborator who helps clients uncover their inner strengths and find solutions that align with their values and experiences. At the heart of my practice is the understanding that every individual’s story is shaped by unique challenges, relationships, and cultural contexts. I am especially attuned to supporting clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, fostering an inclusive and affirming space for healing.
