Hi I’m Sydney (she/her) I have a unique journey that brought me to the therapeutic world. I first started my career in marketing and advertising. I found myself living in Florida and working for the Mouse on a cultural representative program that allowed me to further explore my authentic self. Through this experience I met people from around the world and started to travel. I fell in love with culture, stories, and food! When I finally moved back home to Ontario, I realized that I love the study of people and the best way for me to achieve this was through Psychology. Fast forward 10 years and I feel at home in the therapeutic world validating people's lived experience and working on connections.
My approach to therapy is to validate your lived experience while tailoring methods to give you the tools you need. I take a collaborative approach and tailor my therapeutic approach to your needs. We will assess and reassess goals as we move forward through your journey of self discovery, validating experience, and boundary building.
“Courage doesn’t happen when you have all the answers. It happens when you are ready to face the questions you have been avoiding your whole life.”
