My name is Kim, and I’m a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). I have over 19 years of experience working in the field of healthcare, including over a decade providing community mental health and counselling services through my work as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner. Over the years, my passion and fascination for psychotherapy and the mind-body connection has grown and I made the choice to expand that career. I’m so excited to be working at T&F and look forward to connecting.
My approach is to provide a calm space where you can be unfiltered and unjudged, as you tackle the chaos of your life. In my practice, I often use appreciative inquiry, mindfulness, CBT, narrative, and experiential therapies.
