Hi! My name is Carrie and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). My years of academic study combined with my life experiences have brought me closer to my overall goal of helping people the best way I know how; through kindness and compassion.

My main role in this position is to help you address whatever issues you bring to the table. No conversation is too big or too small and I will be here with you every step of the way. We are a team, working together to bring you to your goals within a judgment free, empowering environment. Addressing mental health concerns can be scary and overwhelming, but I am here to guide you through the process.

I strive to maintain an eclectic approach to therapy. My foundation remains within a person-centered orientation; I will meet you where you are with a judgment-free, empathetic, and warm disposition. I include techniques from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Strengths Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness based practices. I am a firm believer that everyone deserves to be heard and appreciated.

“It is often the small steps, not the giant leaps, that bring about the most lasting change”
